We only allow jpg, gif and png formats. These are the most popular web formats for graphics and we decided to concentrate on those.
- What is the maximum file size I can upload?
The maximum file size is 1 megabyte.
- Do you offer accounts?
At this time we have choosen not to offer accounts and photo galleries. We may in the future choose to do so but we want to concentrate on building a good free image hosting service focused on image hosting for online auctions, forums and sharing with friends and family.
- What does the service cost?
This service is free! We offer this as a way to give back to the internet community.
- How long will my images be available online?
We will do our best to host images for 90 days. However, images that do not conform to our rules will be deleted as soon as possible.
- Do you create a thumbnail when I uploaded my image?
We create thumbnails of most images when they are uploaded unless they are smaller than 200 pixels wide or 200 pixels high.
- Why do my images get renamed after I upload them?
We rename all uploaded files to ensure that the file names are unique.
